At  TanEasy we aim to provide high-quality LED retrofit tanning lamps, red light therapy lamps, and tanning equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

This policy applies to:

• LED Retrofit Lamps (UVA / UVB / Red Light / IR)
• Tanning Machines & Beauty Therapy Equipment
• Accessories and replacement parts

Return

LED Retrofit Lamps

Due to the specialist and hygienic nature of LED tanning and beauty therapy lamps, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and uninstalled
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• The lamps must not show signs of electrical connection, installation, or damage

For safety and performance reasons, used or installed lamps cannot be returned unless faulty.

Machines & Equipment

Machines, tanning beds, beauty therapy beds, and custom-built equipment may only be returned if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is faulty on arrival
• The wrong product was supplied

Custom-built, made-to-order, or modified machines are non-refundable once production has started.

Any approved return must be arranged with our team before shipping the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Installed or used LED lamps
• Custom-made machines or bespoke orders
• Clearance or discounted items
• Digital products or downloadable files
• Opened electrical components
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• Description of the fault

We may offer:

• Replacement parts
• Product exchange
• Repair assistance
• Full or partial refund (where applicable)

Faults caused by incorrect installation, misuse, water damage, voltage issues, or unauthorised modifications are not covered.

Warranty

LED Retrofit Lamps

• Standard warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects

Machines & Equipment

• Warranty period may vary depending on the product supplied
• Commercial-use equipment may include limited parts warranty only

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Incorrect installation
• Damage caused by third-party modifications
• Improper electrical supply or overheating

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was supplied
• The item arrived damaged
• The product is confirmed faulty

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for returns.

Installation Responsibility

All electrical products and tanning equipment must be installed by a qualified professional.

TanEasy is not responsible for:

• Incorrect installation
• Compatibility issues caused by third-party equipment
• Loss of business or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages
